Libraries of Another Pandemic

 This morning I read Julia Skinner's article on JSTOR titled Libraries and Pandemics: Past and Present and was reaffirmed in her comments about libraries in the COVID-19 era. 

As I have mentioned multiple times, libraries are adaptable, fluid organizations that have changed with the times as rapidly as possible. The "adapt or die" mantra is a key component of the Degen Librarian ethos, and I firmly believe that libraries and Librarians who are willing to will thrive when the dust settles on the these years of tumult.
