Maybe you have seen This Is A Robbery on Netflix (since we're still in a pandemic and most of us don't have gas in the car to go anywhere) and noticed security guard Rick Abath mention seeing The Grateful Dead in Hartford in the days after the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum robbery. The dates would have been March 18th and 19th of 1990.
Maybe you are a Deadhead who knows just how many live shows are out there on the webs. Thanks to a rabid fanbase and "tappers" who have started to unload their collections on the masses via the net, we can all listen to just about any show The Grateful Dead put on.
Maybe you are a librarian who knows how to find things. Librarians are traditionally sneak buggers able to fine unknown or unfindable facts, figures, and things. We are also VERY observant and have a running catalog in our minds always gathering information and making connections
Maybe you have both seen the show, and a Deadhead, and also just happen to be a librarian with some time on your hands. If that is the case...hey man how's it going?
If you are curious where this is going, that makes two of us.
Anyway, here are The Dead shows Abath mentions. The 18th has a great set list and the 19th is a jam fest
